We believe providing exceptional service is as important as selecting the correct triboelectric device. We are occasionally called upon to resolve particularly tough application issues involving ground loop, signal weakness, compatibility and other problems, and have never failed to satisfy the buyer. We have maintained our leadership position by constant change and constant improvement of the triboelectric monitoring technology introduced by us nearly 30 years ago— and we intend to continue to do so. And our values: We, along with our representatives, will not knowingly make false or unsubstantiated claims concerning the capabilities and suitability of our technology to monitor or control any process application or dust emissions reduction project, or for any other enterprise requiring our expertise. Furthermore, we will cause no bodily harm or property damage in the application of our intrinsically safe technology. We will conduct our financial affairs with honesty and will conform to all applicable laws and conventions related to financial disclosure and tax laws; we will adhere to all Generally Acceptable Accounting Policies (GAAP) in the preparation of our financial reports and submissions. We will maintain a gender and ethnically neutral workplace where successes will be recognized and rewarded. At Auburn Systems, it’s acceptable to make mistakes if it results in a learning experience. We haven’t survived and thrived these many years by behaving otherwise.A decent place to work: Is there a better way to make a living while contributing to science and engineering for a cleaner environment?
