Auburn Systems, Inc. announced today that it will conduct a webinar at 12:00pm Eastern time on Thursday March 26th, 2015. Auburn’s CEO, Ron Dechene, inventor of triboelectric emissions detection will join a team of experts covering an agenda intended for environmental engineering, maintenance and plant management professionals.
The agenda will include a brief comparative overview of common BLDS technologies and a discussion of common misconceptions. It will take a focused approach into predictive monitoring - or the ability of today’s triboelectric devices to anticipate emissions issues long before they reach a reportable level.
Auburn's team, with over 60 years of cumulative bag leak detection experience, will explore the commercial implications of these predictive capabilities. From substantial savings on dust collection bag replacement, through dramatically reduced maintenance burden and simplified, streamlined reporting, the presentation will outline a number of areas of savings for companies. Among the most compelling savings for manufacturers is the ability to avoid unplanned & unscheduled maintenance and shut downs.
“Shutting down a manufacturing operation is the most expensive contingency a business faces.” says Ron Dechene, CEO of Auburn Systems. “With predictive triboelectric monitoring businesses have peace of mind that their bag leak detection system will give them plenty of time to react to fix a developing problem.”
The webinar will also tackle the traditional classification of BLDS as a straight maintenance expense. By identifying, quantifying, and adding various areas of business savings and improvements in operational efficiency, attendees will accumulate the tools required to prepare more comprehensive investment justifications for internal approval.
“We’ve seen time and time again that companies can dramatically improve operations and cut costs.” says Earl Parker, VP of Sales & Marketing. “Too often other companies aren’t aware of the potential savings, and the folks who have to bear the burden don’t have the required details to support their capital requests. We’re excited to begin that conversation with many of them.”
Spaces are limited and registration is required. Interested attendees can register and reserve their spot at http://tribo.auburnsys.com/predictive-monitoring-webinar-turning-bag-leak-detection-from-hassle-to-asset
About Auburn Systems, LLC - Auburn designs, engineers and manufactures advanced electronics. Our specialty is developing and refining devices for particulate monitoring. We focus on bag leak detection for emission monitoring and solids flow monitoring for process control applications – particularly where accurate detection and monitoring saves our customers time and money. Regulatory compliance and process improvement are business challenges – not simple hardware tasks. Although we invented triboelectric monitoring, we don’t just rely on our large assortment of patents. We measure our application success by the return which we enable our customers to realize. By accurately monitoring the triboelectric effect created by particles in a process, we actually help you do, what you do, better.
